UFIT SHAKE | REVIEW

As you may know from my previous blog, I used to be a gymnast. Fitness came hand in hand with the sport and needless to say, I was obsessed! I’m always on the lookout for some new protein to try. Whether that is powder or bottled, I’ll give it a go. UFIT were kind enough to send me some products for review. Before I get into this, I want to clarify that all opinions are 100% honest and my own.

 Let’s start with some facts.

UFIT is packed with 22g of protein, 3.2g fibre plus added vitamins and minerals! On top of all this, it contains no added sugar. UFIT is made from milk protein and is designed to support the demands of an active lifestyle. It gives you an added boost of vitamins and minerals that keep you on top of your game.

What did I think?

Living in a city means that I’m always on the go. For a long time I’ve been using protein shakes as a part of a balanced diet, regularly having one in the morning as part of my breakfast with a piece of fruit. I always tend to stay away from bottled protein shakes due to a couple of reasons: taste and price. I find that many protein shakes leave a weird powdery taste in my mouth.

UFIT is an exception to this rule. I’ve had both the chocolate and strawberry and the flavours took me by surprise. I couldn’t believe something that tasted this great was actually good for me! I particularly liked the strawberry one; it’s got a lovely flavor and reminds me of Yazoo. Did anyone else used to have them as a kid? I also found that having a UFIT at breakfast helped keep me fuller for longer. I wasn’t reaching for the mid-morning snack and stayed full until lunchtime.

Try using UFIT in replacement to milk in a smoothie! Delicious!

UFIT is really easy to get hold of. You can get it directly from their website www.theproteindrinksco.com or from a number of leading retailers including Tesco, Holland & Barrett, Superdrug, WH Smiths and more. I’m sure you’ll be able to get hold of them wherever you are. Make sure to stock up because you won’t be able to get enough.

You can also find them on all social media, head over and follow them!

All in all, I will definitely be purchasing UFIT in the future. I genuinely think you have to try it to believe it, but the taste is amazing. If you’re a milkshake lover, you’ll love these! I think I’ll always have some of them on hand now, whether it is to balance out my breakfast or for after the gym to help with muscle repair.

Until next time,

S.
