Raise your hand if you love Nutella! ✋ But do you know how much sugar it contains?

It’s World Chocolate Day on the 7th July, which is the best excuse to indulge. This year I’ve been reducing the amount of sugar I’ve been having, and I actually cut it out completely for 3 months – so I’m a lot more clued up on what’s in my food. A typical chocolate spread can actually contain over 200g of sugar per jar. That’s huge!

With that in mind, I’ve never been happier to share a sweet treat with you all. JimJams have two chocolate spreads, that have 83% less sugar than leading brands. This year I’ve been reducing how much sugar I have each day. For me, it’s been the best way for me to control my weight in a way I can actually stick to.

But when you cut out sugar, you really do start to miss chocolate. Well, I do anyway. Thankfully, with JimJams, I can actually have my cake and eat it too.

What makes JimJams so special?

JimJams have two products in their range, a milk chocolate spread and a chocolate hazelnut spread. As I’ve already mentioned, both of these products have 83% less sugar than leading brands. But they’re also gluten free, kinder on teeth and diabetic friendly. Not to mention that they’ve also won an award for how they taste!

Typically when you remove sugar from a product, it’s usually packed full of other things to compensate for it. JimJams use a sugar alcohol called malitol. Maltiol is actually a member of the xylitol family, which you might be more familar with because it’s used to sweeten chewing gum and toothpaste.

Alongside the issue of sugar, most supermarket hazelnut chocolate spread brands are packed full of palm oil. Whilst some of it is produced in a sustainable way, unfortunately some isn’t. JimJams mainly use rapeseed oil in their spread, which is packed full of Omega 3 and low in saturated fats. Now the spreads do contain some palm oil, but it’s fully sustainable and certified by the RSPO.

So the important question, how does it taste?

Pretty good to be fair!

I’m not going to lie, I had low expectations. Purely becuase I’ve tried products like that that claim to be better before, and they’re usually vile. But not JimJams! I think if I didn’t know it had less sugar, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

I feel as though it’s sweeter than a supermarket hazelnut spread, even though it has less sugar. It doesn’t taste as rich as others I’ve tried, but it’s still by far one of the best I’ve tasted.

Now I just ate this straight off a spoon, which I know is vile, but we’re being real here. But I know this would taste even better on toast, or even pancakes! My boyfriend and I used to eat pancakes every weekend, but in an attempt to be healthier, we cut them out. Well I guess this Sunday morning ritual can come out of hibernation!

If you haven’t tried JimJams before, I’d really recommend it. No healthy food ever tastes as good as the original, because the sugar causes an addiction, but this brand comes pretty close!

You can get JimJams from either Holland & Barrett, or most supermarkets. Have you tried it before? Let me know in the comments below!

Every year we celebrate Father’s Day. Which means every year, we have the same struggle of trying to find out Dad’s another gift.

It’s not about the most expensive, or the most fancy gift. I find what my Dad appreciates the most is the gift that actually means something to him. Something I know he’ll like, appreciate or get use out of.

With that in mind, I’ve pulled together what I believe to be the ultimate Father’s Day Gift Guide. It features a selection of products, and hopefully it’ll give you some inspiration!

For the well-groomed Dad…

My Dad is always asking for a new razor – I think he shaves pretty much every week. Wilkinson Sword have an amazing selection of razors that range in price, making it the perfect gift for any Dad that looks after his facial hair. They’re all high quality, help achieve a really close shave, and I can guarantee your Dad will appreciate it.

You can buy the Wilkinson Sword Hydro 5 Groomer for £7.98 from Superdrug.

For every Dad…

Everyone can appreciate the gift of a good scent. Thankfully, Dermot O’Leary has a range of fragrances available at M&S that are classic, fresh and light enough for daily use. I love the smell of the new Earl Grey & Sandalwood, so if you buy this as a gift for your Dad, make sure you don’t end up stealing it for yourself.

The Dermot O’Leary Earl Grey & Sandalwood is £22 from M&S.

For the Dad who likes his baths…

My Dad is a builder, and after a long day he always jumps in a bath. I reckon he does it to get some peace, but it could also be because his job is a bit messy. Give the gift of a Bomb Cosmetics set to him and he’ll definitely appreciate it. Afterall, everyone likes getting shower or bath products!

The Distinguished Gentleman Gift is available from Find Me  Gift for £11.99.

For the sentimental Dad…

You’ll probably agree that not every Dad needs a gift. My Dad is actually incredibly apprecitive of anything we get him, even if it’s just a card. This one from Norma & Dorothy is customisable which means you can put a personal message on it. It takes this simple gift to the next level and really makes it mean something.

You can get this card from Norma & Dorothy for £4.75.

For the techy Dad…

My Dad is always on his phone, his laptop or playing his PS4. If yours is too, why not get him a new phone case? Speck have an incredible new range that are inspired by the colour of the World Cup. They’re high quality, affordable and have simple, inoffensive designs.

The Presidio Grip World Edition iPhone X Case is £29.95 from Speck.

For the lager lover…

My Dad always appreciates a couple bottles of beer, or larger. Why not treat yours to a few if he likes that? Celia are an organic premium lager brand that’s hand crafted in Czech Repblic. They’re a bit different than your typical supermarket brand, which makes this gift a little bit more special.

Celia lager is available on Ocado for £2.29.

For the hard working Dad…

Every Dad will appreciate shower gels. Especially when they’re as luxurious as this selection from Noble Isle. They smell incredible and look equally as great. This is the kind of gift you’ll buy for your Dad, and end up keeping for yourself.

Each Noble Isle Bath & Shower gel is £20 and available here.

For the food loving Dad…

My Dad loves to cook. And he also loves to snack! If your Dad is the same, then this VonShef Cheese Board is the gift for him. It comes with 3 cheese knives and pulls out to become a full circle board. It’s stylish, practical and will also make a great centre piece for any social gathering.

The VonShef Cheese Board is available from Domu for £17.99.

For the Dad who has everything…

Some Dad’s are incredibly difficult to buy for, I know mine can be at times. When that’s the case, you can never go wrong with a pair of socks. This gift from Thortful in actually has socks inside a card, which is just a little bit nicer. They also have a selection of cards that have chocolate inside too – perfect!

Cards from Thortful range in price so check them out here.

For the chocolate loving Dad…

Who doesn’t love chocolate? I know my Dad does. This is a chocolate pizza from the Gourmet Chocolate Pizza Company. It’s been so hard not to eat this while it’s been in my flat before giving it to my Dad. It’s fun, novelty gift that is perfect for any Dad with a sweet tooth.

This chocolate pizza is available from Find Me A Gift for £19.99.

For the Dad who likes his me-time…

Although my Dad is really social, he also loves his space. (Don’t we all?) If yours is the same, why not give him a little face mask from Bandito? They’re affordable, and created specifically for men. I’ve used them before and love them, so it’s definitely worth a shot.

All masks from MasqueBar are available from ASOS and vary in price.

For the Dad who likes his liquor…

My Dad loves whiskey, so a bottle is a gift that always goes down well. If it’s something yours drinks often, it might be worth trying something a bit more premium, like this bottle of The Glenlivet Code. It’s a pricey bottle, so might not be for everyone, but if you want to splash out a bit, it’s worth it.

To find out more about this premium whiskey from The Glenlivet, visit their website.

For the coffee lover…

My Dad loves coffee. Both my parents do to be fair. I bought them a coffee machine for Christmas and they seriously love it. This makes coffee the perfect gift and if your Dad drinks coffee, you can’t go wrong with something from Percol or Dualit. Whether it’s instant, or for a machine, they’ll appreciate it. Both brands are fairtrade too, which is awesome!

You can buy Percol for £2.99 and Dualit Coffee Capsules for £12.

There you have it – the Ultimate Father’s Day Gift Guide! I know my Dad would love every single product I’ve mentioned in here, and hopefully you’ll find some inspiration from my selection.

Make sure you follow me on Instagram for more inspiration as the year goes on.

Products in this guide where sent for this gift guide. I hand picked everything based on what I know my Dad will love, and all views are 100% my own.

Do you ever wish you owned loungewear that was stylish enough to go straight from sofa to street? I know I do. Homebody – to the rescue!

Homebody started in 1999, with the aim of creating a brand that was simple, timeless and incredibly comfortable. The brand is available in Harrods, and it’s known to sell out quickly whenever it comes in stock. I can seriously see why – I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t the softest t-shirt I’ve ever felt.

The two tone short sleeve t-shirt is my favourite. Anyone who knows me will know how much I love a colour blocked tee. Pretty much everything I own is a simple design, with subtle use of colour. This definitely ticks all the boxes.

As I’d mentioned previously, you can wear this t-shirt both indoors and out. I honestly think it would be a shame to keep this tee hidden away indoors. It’s incredibly soft, and is one of the highest quality t-shirts I’ve ever felt. Seriously.

Alongside being really comfortable, which makes it great to lounge around in, it’s also practical too. The tee itself has +50UPF sun protection built in, so wearing it out and about is a great option. It utilises Homebody’s signature Modal Sens™ fabric, which is breathable and moves freely.

It is a pricey collection, but you can honestly tell that every penny goes into ensuring the quality of the range is super high. Alongside a range of t-shirts, Homebody also offer a selection of pyjama trousers and shorts. It’s defintiely a luxury buy, but if you ever end up in Harrods, try on the range and you’ll know instantly what makes the range so special.

Now don’t get me wrong, I wouldnt be able to afford to replace all my pyjamas with products from Homebody. But if you’re ever looking to treat yourself, and not sure what to go for, why not invest in a comfortable night sleep!

Have you ever tried anything from Homebody before? What’s your favourite premium brand? Let me know in the comments below.

I was sent this product for review, but all opinions are 100% my own.

If you’re anything like me, you love nothing more than curling up on the sofa and watching a movie after a long day. Especially when you’ve got a candle on the go.

It’s not getting any warmer in England, in fact, it’s getting colder! With that in mind, I’ve been trying a couple of candles out that help create the perfect warming ambiance.

PaddyWax Apothecary Amber & Smoke

Firstly, can we just note how incredible these candles look? I’m a sucker for an apothecary design. This candle has up to 50 hours burn time, and the soy wax blend ensures the fragrance is long lasting. The Amber & Smoke scent is warm, rich and luxurious. It’s quite musky, and almost reminds me of honey and takes me back to times of bonfires. When I lit this candle, the scent instantly filled the room.

Wax Lyrical Nordic Spruce

This woody candle is possibly one of my favourites. It’s crisp, clean and has a fresh pine scent. It reminds me of the scent of Christmas trees, which we all love. For me, the scent is incredibly relaxing so it’s perfect after a long day. I can really smell the bergamot in this, which is a scent I really adore. The candle is inspired by Scandinavia, and let’s face it, there’s nothing wrong with brining a bit of Scandi into your home. For me, the scent didn’t travel that much, so I’d recommend trying this in a small space because it’s seriously stunning.

FatFace Camomile & Apple

This candle from FatFace is probably the cleanest smelling of them all. But for some reason, it reminds me of holidays! What better way to spend your evening relaxing than reminiscing about your last vacation. The scent of camomile is subtle, and when it’s blended with the apple is really does create a delicate scent. It burns for aorund 40 hours, and the scent really does fill a room. It’s designed to soothe and calm, so light this candle, pop on a film, and unwind.

If I had to pick a favourite, it would have to be the PaddyWax Amber & Smoke, but it’s a close one! If you like deep, musky scents, this is the one for you.

What’s your current favourite candle? Let me know in the comments.

I was sent these candles for review. All opinions are 100% honest and my own.

Are you on the lookout for a new iPhone case? If you want to know my review of the Snakehive London Vintage iPhone case, keep reading!

Picking an iPhone case isn’t an easy task – well, at least not for me. I find that they’re either really expensive, or shocking quality. After I’ve spent so much money on a phone, the last thing I want to do is dress it in a tacky piece of plastic. I’ve been using the Snakehive London Vintage Two Tone Leather Wallet and I’m definitely impressed.

What’re My Thoughts On The Vintage Two Tone Leather Wallet?

I’ve never really used an iPhone Wallet before. Being completely honest, I like my phone to be visible because I’m a fan of the design. With that being said, I think I’m a convert! The Snakehive Vintage Two Tone Leather Wallet is super high quality, and looks premium. The portion of the case that holds the phone is a sturdy plastic and there’s a section on the side for holding cards.

If you’re anything like me, you hate having to carry a wallet around. I find it too bulky, and don’t like how they feel in my pocket. Thankfully, this phone case allows me to carry my main cards around with me and I keep the rest of them in my wallet. They provide cases for a number of phones, which is great.

I’d honestly recommend you try out the cases if you’re looking for a sleek and stylish upgrade to your existing phone, at a reasonable price. The case I got retails at £18.95, which is super affordable.
